I often struggle with this subject. The need to reaffirm a strategy that you were requested/ hired to do it and you thought that the buy in was already done but it’s not.
So here we go again, learning to be a listener and delivering . I think the best strategy when you are new it’s just delivery. When you deliver enough you have data to present to demanding stakeholders and potentially change their mind about a proccess.
Today I read something that got me thinking about old methodologies and the Lindsey effect.
